Our Solution for The Marlton Hotel

The Marlton Hotel is an upscale property with an Old-World style and long history so you never want to interfere with nostalgia. However, all things need to be brought up to date every once in a while and we helped make this a reality. The nine-story, 112 room hotel is a Historic property with charming Old-World style and French feel so whenever you are working on historical sites, there are certain protocols that have to be met, especially in a city as strict with their rules and regulations as NYC. We helped The Marlton achieve their up-date, while keeping their history fully in-tact. We are fully able to service civil and structural engineering designs in any capacity and specialize in working with hospitality groups across the United States.
