Churrascaria Tribeca was the second location of the Brazilian steakhouse in Manhattan which serves authentic Rodizio, after the success of their Midtown venue.
In 2013, they required a Public Assembly in order to properly open and Miltiadis Leptourgos, P.E. secured this for them in an expedited fashion, based on our expertise in dealing with the Building Department.

The famed Brazilian steakhouse had issues at their original location which Miltiadis Leptourgos, P.E. was able to solve so once they wanted to open their second location, they knew they were in good hands and hired us to secure their Public Assembly to ensure they would be able to open without a hitch.
Within months of hiring Miltiadis Leptourgos, P.E. Churrascaria Tribeca was able to open and start serving guests. This particular location has now become Town Stages, which is a 10,000 sqft, State-of-the-Art Event Venue space for all occasions. Located in Tribeca, NY, the space is flush with technology and all amenities included. There is a Main Hall, Bar Lounge, Gallery, Den, Salon, full kitchen for prep. and much, much, more.
