Amylos Taverna is redefining Greek traditional cuisine in the heart of NYC’s largest Greek community, Astoria.
The restaurant owner states that, “Amylos celebrates the art, architecture, and food of Greek culture in a way that hasn’t yet been offered. Our setting from our bar/lounge to our dining area evokes feelings of the stylish mainland chic of old Athens. Let’s speak Greek with our dishes.”
Miltiadis Leptourgos, P.E. provided the base and foundation for all over this artful architecture through our safe and secure underpinning of the 3-story building.

Our Solution for Amylos Taverna
Amylos seeks to bring a variety of options to their diners; from land to sea and everything in between. Their rotisserie is filled daily with juicy, marinated meats such as leg of lamb and organic chicken. We provided the foundation for all this through our underpinning.
We are fully able to service civil and structural engineering designs in any capacity and specialize in working with restaurant groups throughout New York City.
