PROJECT INFORMATION

1165 Broadway is a high profile location on the best block in NoMad, offering a vibrant corridor with seven day a week pedestrian traffic, as well as a strong cross section of tourists, office workers, and residents. Surrounded by several hotels including, The Nomad Hotel across the street and the new Virgin Hotel development, this was a great project to be a part of.

In 2019 this pristine commercial building wanted to fully renovate their interior and exterior, including a new storefront. We provided the full structural design of the entire 5-story commercial building to ensure safe occupancy by its tenants.

Some of the recent tenants include well-known brands such as Diptyque, Joe & The Juice, Chaps & Co and more.
