Project Scope

Design for new Sprinkler System, new Plumbing System, Mechanical system and the interior structural investigation & design for the renovation of an existing 4-story light manufacturing building converted to a Residential Building / Shelter. We also designed steel dunnages for the HVAC equipment on roof.

An old existing building made of interior wood flooring and roof required an interior structural renovation for proposed shelter. Design overhaul, as it was an existing 4-story light manufacturing needed to be converted to a residential building / shelter. We provided all of the interior structural designs for the building, as well as the new sprinkler system, mechanical system (w/ HVAC equipment dunnage on roof) and plumbing system. We are fully able to service civil and structural engineering designs in any capacity and specialize in working with real estate development groups in any industry through any capacity.
