PROJECT INFORMATION
Churrascaria Plataforma is a Brazilian steakhouse in Manhattan which serves authentic Rodizio, which is best described as a parade of servers toting skewered meats and a large salad bar.
Prior to successfully opening for business in 1996, the restaurant was having issues securing their Place of Assembly (PA) Certificate of Operation and they were unable to open for business. This is where our expertise in the building code of NYC came into play and allowed us to help them get open for business. The rest as they say, is history.

The famed Brazilian steakhouse had been at a standstill for 18 months after investing millions of dollars into building out their restaurant and they didn't know what to do as two previous engineers and expediters had been unable to get them open for business.
