Our Solution for Cooper Avenue Homeless Shelter

When the developers of the Cooper Avenue Homeless Shelter wanted to open this shelter in Queens, they needed comprehensive management to get it done. We provided all of this for them through the full structural design and renovation of a 3-story building. Additionally, we designed all the new sprinkler and standpipe systems, the new plumbing system, and all of the mechanical systems. In short, we managed the entire building. We are fully able to service civil and structural engineering designs in any capacity and specialize in working with all commercial real estate groups across the greater New York region.
