The Newton Hotel
PROJECT INFORMATION
The Newton Hotel is located on the Upper West Side, less than a block from the subway and a short 3 block walk to Central Park.
This business-friendly hotel wanted to modernize their water tanks so we provided the design for new water tank installations on new dunnage support on the roof of the hotel.
The hotel necessitated to provide an additional 1 passenger elevator right next to existing one.
The hotel was able to remain open during these upgrades and continue to service their clients without interruption.
