Our Solution for 1725 York Avenue, Manhattan, NY. 10128 (Tennis Bubble HVAC)

The Tennis bubble needed to be supplied with additional HVAC. It needed a unit that can only fit in the side of the Tennis bubble/dome and has to be elevated so as to have more space for the unit. We designed the steel framing (tower) and preferred to use Tnemec paint for fireproofing to save space inside the egress doorway.
