PROJECT INFORMATION

The Tibet House which is now know as Grosvenor House, is a 23-story, 134-unit building, erected on the site of two former loft buildings in Flatiron.

The condo building needed a new water tank in 2004 and the support designs to accomplish this on the roof.

Our Solution for Tibet House

This large mid-block condominium building is one of the more attractive ones erected in the post-World War II era in Midtown South. Since it was originally erected in 1989, it needed updates after 15 years and within months of hiring Miltiadis Leptourgos, P.E. the Tibet House was able to accomplish their goal and update their outdated system. We are fully able to service any aspect of civil and structural engineering, and we specialize in all permitting and applications within the five boroughs of NYC.
