750 Lexington Ave is home to many tenants, such as WeWork’s Midtown East co-working space. It features on-site parking, a mother’s room, wellness room, event space, espresso bar, meeting rooms, WiFi and more.
The building needed a new cooling tower so we provided the design for steel dunnages on the roof.
