Riverside Terrace Residence Hall
PROJECT INFORMATION
The Riverside Terrace Residence Hall is part of NYIT’s campus and is a thing of beauty to marvel at. The elegant limestone facade of the Riverside Terrace Residence Hall exemplifies the charm that makes the Upper West Side among the most desirable, and safest, neighborhoods in the city.
The building has a kitchen on every floor, a coin-operated laundry room, vending machines, and a reception desk staffed 24 hours day. All of this requires clean water and we were able to help deliver this when the Hall was being constructed in 2014.
We provided the design for the Backflow Preventer Devices, in order to ensure that drinking water for the residences would never be contaminated.

Our Solution for Riverside Terrace Residence Hall
The backflow preventer device ensures that water pipes only allow flow in one direction to prevent drinking water from being contaminated due to backflow.
We provided all of the design and also provided separate fire and domestic water services for the Residence Hall to ensure a safe living environment for all residents.
We are fully able to service civil and structural engineering designs in any capacity and specialize in working with commercial buildings and residence halls across the United States.
